• If you are a witness you may be requested to complete and submit a Witness Statement Report. The officer investigating the report will provide instructions to submit the report.
• The Gasoline Drive Away and Shoplifting/Retail Theft reports are intended for representatives of a business
• Once you click the "Submit Report" button, you will receive a confirmation email stating your report has been submitted.
• Your report will be assigned a temporary report case number.
• You will be forwarded a copy of the information you submitted to keep for your records.
• Monitor your email to ensure you receive confirmation from an officer. If you cannot locate an email, please check your junk folder.

• Your report should be reviewed within three business days.
• Upon review, if further investigation is warranted, you may be contacted for more information. You may be required to submit further information as a witness. If this is the case please complete and submit the Witness Statement Report.
